620 Base Print and Apply
The
AEW Delford Systems 620 Base Print and Apply
Label Applicator provides efficient, high quality printing and in-line label application
at extremely high throughputs.
The clear and simple user interface
enables the user to select label formats, whilst giving technical
staff all the diagnostic tests and information required to
keep the unit operating at its optimum performance.
The 620 can apply labels with large areas of print at speeds of up to 200 per minute. The machine can also be connected to the optional Delford Mercury networking system, which allows label formats, bitmaps and fonts to be transferred at high speed over an Ethernet connection, and for full connectivity to legacy systems, it can be fitted with an RS232 or RS485 serial interface.
A wide range of fonts is provided as standard,
but if more fonts are required, Delford Font Manager software
enables pre-rasterised fonts to be generated from any TrueType
font, subject to relevant licensing.
Barcodes can be printed using a wide range of symbols, including
EAN8, EAN13, UPC-A, EAN128, Code 128, and even the high density,
two-dimensional PDF417.
