Optimiser 490
The Optimiser 490 has been
specifically introduced to meet the requirements of packing to fixed
count and fixed weight targets with minimum giveaway and labour
usage.
Capable of handling fresh, frozen or coated products this machine
is compact in design and yet capable of throughput speeds in excess
of 180 pieces per minute.
Through a purpose-built infeed, product is indexed across the weigh
table and diverted into the pre-selected channels.
When a target has been achieved the completed batch is automatically
presented to the operator. Having arranged the product on the appropriate
tray, the completed pack is taken away from the machine on the integral
conveyor.
The Optimiser 490 is manufactured totally in stainless
steel and is guaranteed waterproof in excess of IP65. The unique
design allows all sections of the conveyor to be disassembled for
cleandown thereby ensuring hygienic standards are maintained.
Up to 99 programs can be stored in the software memory and easily
recalled when product changes are made.
