The
AEW Delford Systems G1000 is a versatile, cost-effective
checkweighing system for a wide range of general packaging applications – from
food to pharmaceuticals.
Robustly constructed from stainless steel to IP66 with food quality
belts throughout, the G1000 is designed
for easy cleaning – by wiping down or low pressure hose.
Ideal for wrapped products, such as ready meals, the unit can be
adapted to handle a variety of items at throughputs up to 180 packs/min.
The G1000 can be customised to suit your
product and its handling characteristics. A range of reject devices
is available to suit your products, including drop flap, deflector,
air blast and pusher.
For reliable accuracy, a sensitive, shockproof weigh cell and independently
driven weigh table assure consistent weighing down to an accuracy
of 0.5g with the option of average weight or minimum weight operation.
Designed for ease of operation, the G1000
features a 500 program memory for fast product changeover.
Like the rest of the AEW Delford Systems range, the G1000 combines
quality engineering for reliability and sophisticated software
