SmartSleeve CT60 Automatic Sleeving System
The AEW Delford Systems SmartSleeve
CT60 is the ideal solution for automating your tray sleeving
operation. It can be fed by hand or from an inline conveyor system
and copes with a wide variety of tray and sleeve sizes and shapes.
Designed to run at speeds up to 60packs/min, the SmartSleeve
CT60 can reliably sleeve trays much faster than a manual
operator can, and with much greater accuracy and consistency.
The SmartSleeve CT60 is designed to allow rapid
changeover between different products by holding up to 600 pre-cut
blank sleeves in a magazine. So to change between products, simply
remove the existing magazine, fit the next one and adjust the guides.
Typically, this changeover takes less than five minutes. The machine
is also fitted with castors, allowing easy movement between production
lines when required.
The SmartSleeve CT60 has a wide range of optional
features, including thermal transfer printing directly onto the
sleeve. Also available as an option is an integral weighing system.
Coupled with the thermal transfer printer, this allows checkweighing
and random weighing operation, ensuring that no out of range packs
are printed.
Combining the weighing, printing and sleeving into a single machine
is significantly cheaper to own and more compact than a number of
separate systems.
