dream come true

Production
at the new plant is now in full swing with an impressive inventory
of AEW Delford Systems machines and systems working fluently and
reliably to produce large volumes of the high quality bacon and bacon
products for which Direct Table have become so well known.
Installation and commissioning of the machines has been straightforward, so production started on schedule. This was in no small part due to the excellent and long standing relationship that exists between both parties coupled with their mutual understanding, comprehensive knowledge and expertise. In little more than a year, the terrible nightmare of 2004 has turned into a dream –- thanks to teamwork of the highest order.
The AEW Delford Systems inventory at Direct Table includes:
5 IBS2000 high speed bacon slicers, each coupled to a G2200 Checkweigher and consumer buffer line, a SmartSlice Vision for cutting fixed weight gammon joints and an APC Slicer complete with G2200 Checkweigher for slicing horseshoe gammon steaks.
9 G1000 end-of-line Checkweighers with metal detectors and a three channel grader for grading pork loins complete the list – for now!
